By booking a birthday party with Grand Master K. H. Min Taekwondo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all birthday party bookings and related services.

2. Bookings and Payments

All birthday party bookings are considered final upon payment.

Full payment is required to secure your chosen date and time.

Payments can be made via our website, in person, or through other approved methods.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if your requested date and time are unavailable after booking and payment.

If Grand Master K. H. Min Taekwondo cancels your party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure, instructor unavailability), you may receive a full refund or reschedule for an alternative date.

4. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed.

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

5. Liability and Safety

Grand Master K. H. Min Taekwondo is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the birthday party.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and engage in activities within their own abilities.

Parents and guardians assume all responsibility for supervising their children during the event.

6. Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

We offer a variety of party packages that include food and drinks.

Guests may bring birthday cakes or cupcakes for their celebration.

7. Facility Rules and Conduct

Grand Master K. H. Min Taekwondo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Guests are expected to treat staff, instructors, and other participants with respect.

Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
